Cilantro, Avocado Chutney
2 large bunch cilantro 1 large ripe avocado 1 granny smith apple, chopped 2 tbsp chopped onions 4 cloves garlic 2 green jalapeño peppers seeded 1 tsp sugar 2tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste
*Put cilantro, apple ,onions ,garlic ,green peppers, lemon juice in a food processer and blend the chutney till it is nice and smooth , about 4-5 minute
*Add avocado, sugar , salt and blend for I minute.
*Taste chutney for salt.
*Serve with Samosas, Pakoras and other Indian appetizers
*Can be stored in fridge for 5-6 days
